Jeffri’s research has been applied to projects the help and sustain living artists.
STILL KICKING (2011) gave rise to the PERFORMING ARTS LEGACY project, an online platform that documents the legacies of professionals in the performing arts and entertainment, housed at the Entertainment Community Fund (formerly The Actors Fund).
ABOVE GROUND, her study of older visual artists in New York City, was the basis for ART CART: SAVING THE LEGACY, an inter-disciplinary, intergenerational project to document the legacies of visual artists in New York City and Washington DC. The documentation and oral histories are housed at Columbia University’s digital archive, Academic Commons.
